We want our clients to be capable of troubleshooting their issues if they are interested. The PROs talk in layman’s terms and won’t try to make tech seem fancier than it is. After our engineers are done, your staff will be able to attempt the basic troubleshooting methods independently.

Pricing

Our On-Site Computer or Network Troubleshooting pricing is straight-forward and without hidden fees.

On-Site Services for new clients are priced at $150 per hour with a 1-hour minimum, parking (if applicable) and no travel fee within 10 miles of our Jefferson Park office.
Billing after the first hour is done in 15-minute increments. Most problems are usually solved within 1 hour, and if you are further than 10 miles from us, we require a $40 travel fee.
