Protecting our Clients and Employees
PRO has insituted new methods of conducting our business to help stop the spread of Covid-19 and protect both our employees and clients alike.
Please read through the bullet points, since our work methods have changed:
- All the IT Help Desk PROs are working remotely from home
- All clients MUST fill out the service order form (www.inshop.youneedapro.com) before arriving at the shop. If you are unable to fill it out on your computer/smartphone, you can text the necessary information to our main phone number (773-907-0600)
- Clients must drop off their computer at the counter with the Service Order number attached
- Our technician will disinfect each device before and after working on it
- We will not multitask between several computers to keep the chances of spreading the virus down

- Our technician will stick to strict sanitation procedures, such as thorough handwashing at least once per hour, and between working on computers
- Both computer drop-offs and pick-ups will be contactless and cashless (online payments accepted)
- Clients can ship their computer in using our repair portal
- We will conduct all communication via emails and phone calls
