Schedule an appointment or ship in your computer using the buttons below.
Take your computer to our location at 5019 W Lawrence Avenue, Chicago. Upon entering, please place your computer in a provided bin. For laptops, please leave only your laptop and charger – no cases, mice or bags.
We will start the process and give you a call and send an email as soon as we have a diagnosis.
You can also ship in your computer by creating an account in our PRO portal (see below). You don’t pay for shipping upfront – the shipping fees will be added to the final invoice.
Pick-Up Procedure
We do not accept cash.
You can pay either over the phone or online using our PRO account portal (an account will be created upon dropping off your computer).
Once we have received payment, we will place your computer in an accessible location in our shop and you can pick it up.
Please give us a call at 773-572-9100 or email before picking up so we know when to expect you.
Payment must be taken before you pick up your computer.
All devices will be disinfected before returning to you.
