Bad Hard Drive Replacement
$89.00Since hard drives have moving parts, they are prone to breakage and wear-and-tear. Any bumps or falls your computer has suffered might also contribute to failing hard drives. If you just want more space and you have a limited budget, getting a new hard drive is a fairly cheap and good option (compared to the newer, faster and more expensive SSD). We can replace your failing drive quickly and transfer your data back on it (if recoverable). While replacing the drive we can also upgrade you to a larger one, so you can have more space for your files.

Cloud Backup
$15.00 Per MonthWe backup all the files from inside of your user profile, that includes Desktop, Documents, and Pictures. Additional folders or files can be included at no extra cost up to 1TB / computer. We use VSS (Volume Shadow Copy Service) and provide Ransomware protection
Schedule: Every two hours, starting at midnight
Exceptions / Exclusions: We exclude the following file types: *.ost;*.exe;*.tmp;*.iso;*.pst;
Retention Policy: Files deleted locally will be purged form the cloud backup storage after 30 days
Notifications/ Alerts: PRO gets notified every time backup fails
